On our table, chicken pilao can be found next to brochettis (beef brochettes), mataba (a dish made of manioc leaves cooked with garlic, meat or fish and coconut milk) and the lagoon fish.

Mayotte’s lagoon, one of the most beautiful in the world, is not only blessed with an outstanding coral reef that will impress the most demanding diving fanatics. It also supplies us with a wide variety of fishes which will satisfy your need for a delicious meal.
To name but a few, swordfish, tuna, carangid, grouper, red snapper or barracuda may be fished in our waters.
